Brunch on the farm 1st August

The 1st of August Brunch takes place all over Switzerland since 1993 in about 1600 farms, including ours. This event gives farming a chance to allow non-rural people to get to know its produces and the work involved, like for instance the care of the agricultural landscape, the preservation of the fundaments of life and its contribution to the safeguard of rural settlements. Moreover, the guests have the possibility to spend a fun day at a farm, in good company and in close contact with the animals and the rural surroundings, tasting the typical produces of the local cuisine.
